*We thoroughly inspect all items before packaging and processing an order.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a return/replacement or a store credit of the value of the item(s), which can be used towards a future purchase.

The Chic Jeweltique LLC reserves the right to deny unreasonable exchanges or refunds on such items. We will decide if we want the item returned to us, or discarded. If the item is to be returned for inspection please use a well constructed box when mailing the damaged items back to us. Item(s) being returned MUST be in its original package and condition.
You will receive an email when we receive your return.

Please note The Chic Jeweltique LLC nor any of its employees/agents hold no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during the return process. 

To be eligible for a return for store credit due to a defective item, you must first email us at support@chicjeweltique.com within 48 hours after delivery to alert us of such defect (please be sure to include clear pictures of areas in question on the item). We are not responsible for any personal damages caused to any purchases.
Please note that due to high demand your exact item(s) may not be available for repurchase.

Please note, returns do take us 3-5 business days to process upon receiving. Once items are received and inspected, you will be entitled to a store credit or full refund.

SHIPPING

STANDARD SHIPPING
(1-3 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING)
Standard shipping is free for orders $75 and over. Orders less than $75 are charged a set shipping rate at checkout. We utilize UPS as our primary shipping courier.
After you place your order, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be fully processed, mailed and delivered. Once order is mailed, it could be delivered between 2-5 business days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
(1-2 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING)
We try to ensure that orders placed with Express Shipping are mailed out the same day. On rare occasions, it might take up to 3 business days for an express shipment to be
mailed. Once mailed, your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days.

The Chic Jeweltique nor its employees/agents hold or accept responsibility for the status or damages of packages once they are in the carriers possession.

Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order. In the event that your order
is returned to us due to an insufficient address, there will be a $12 shipping fee for your order to be resent to the correct address. The Chic Jeweltique LLC nor its employees/agents hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the courier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms as being delivered.

Please note that there are no refunds or returns eligible for sizing issues on items. Please be sure to check your wrist and ring sizes and neck circumference before placing an order.
