DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL*
*Please note that there are no refunds or returns eligible for sizing issues on items. Please be sure to check your wrist and ring sizes and neck circumference before placing an order. All length and sizes will be listed as they apply in certain products description section.
*All orders are thoroughly inspected before being fulfilled. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective , we will offer return/replacement or a store credit of the value of the item(s), which can be used towards a future purchase.Please see our returns/exchange policy for items that apply.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER ?
Unfortunately, once your order has been submitted we are unable to modify or cancel any order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP/DELIVER ?
Orders typically take between 2-5 business days to process. Orders placed after hours and/or during weekend hours will begin to process next business day.
Domestic Orders take 2-5 business days to deliver.
International Orders take 3-12 business days to deliver. Shipping charges will be processed with your order and charged at the time of purchase.
I HAVE THE WRONG SHIPPING INFORMATION ON MY ORDER ?
Please note that The Chic Jeweltique will not be responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses provided during time of order.
We can only make address changes if your order has not been processed. Please email us immediately at support@chicjeweltique.com if you suspect you have entered an incorrect address.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE ?
Yes. *There is no additional charge on the cost of the product, however shipping will be calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT?
The Chic Jeweltique does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the courier.
We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms as being delivered.

We currently accept all major Credit Cards as well as ShopPay.
